1. What we collect

SoftenReply is designed to collect as little as possible:

• Review text you paste is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your replies. It is not stored on our servers after your response is delivered.
• IP address is used only for a daily rate limit (3 free generations per day) and basic abuse prevention. It is kept in server memory, not written to disk.
• Usage metadata (timestamp, request size, response time) may be logged for reliability monitoring.

2. What we do NOT do

• We do not require an account, email address, or password.
• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your review text to train AI models.

3. Third-party processors

• AI provider (MiniMax): processes the review text you submit to generate replies. Their handling is governed by their own terms.
• Cloudflare: provides CDN and security services and may process request metadata (including IP) as part of that.
• Paddle: if you purchase a paid plan, Paddle Paddle Global LTD acts as Merchant of Record and processes your payment details. We never see your card number.

4. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR for EU/EEA residents), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we do not store review text or keep accounts, in most cases there is nothing to delete. For any request, contact us (see below) and we will respond within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies for security and load balancing.

6. Data retention

Review text: not retained after generation. Rate-limit data: memory only, cleared on restart or daily. Server logs: retained up to 30 days for reliability purposes.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage.
